- Happy Tours Switzerland – Liability Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Participant Agreement: Participation in any tour, guided activity, excursion, transportation, sightseeing, or related event (collectively “the Activity”) organized or provided by Happy Tours Switzerland (the “Company”), its owners, directors, officers, employees, guides, agents, contractors, subcontractors, affiliates, successors, assigns and all associated parties (collectively the “Released Parties”) is subject to the following terms. By taking part in the Activity, the participant fully accepts and agrees to be bound by all provisions below: The Activity involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to slipping, tripping, falling, losing balance or any other physical accident on uneven, slippery, wet, rocky, mountainous or urban terrain; sudden weather changes; altitude effects; encounters with natural elements, wildlife or traffic; physical exertion; fatigue; strains, sprains or other bodily injuries; and accidents during any part of the Activity before, during or after the main program. These risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability or death.The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accepts full personal responsibility for their own safety, health and well-being at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses or losses (including legal fees) of any kind arising out of or in any way related to any injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage or any other harm or unwanted outcome that the participant may suffer before, during or after the Activity, including but not limited to any accident such as slipping, falling or any other physical mishap. This release applies even if caused by the ordinary negligence, acts or omissions of the Released Parties or any third party. The Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever toward the participant for any harm in any circumstances. Disclosure of Medical Conditions and Other Relevant Information: The participant shall disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, medications, or any other health-related or suitability-related information that could affect their ability to safely participate in the Activity at the time of booking (or as soon as possible if the condition arises later). This disclosure allows the Company to assess suitability and decide whether to accept or decline the booking. Omitting known important information, particularly medical conditions, at booking time increases the risks to the participant and may lead to refusal of participation without compensation. The participant confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to participate with no undisclosed conditions that could be worsened by the Activity. The participant agrees to immediately inform the guide or any Company representative at any time – before, during or after the Activity – if they feel any physical discomfort (pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, unusual fatigue, etc.), any mental unease (anxiety, fear, confusion, etc.), the awkward or strange sensation, or if in their own judgment anything at all feels wrong, unsafe or potentially dangerous. Failure to immediately communicate such feelings or observations is the participant’s sole responsibility and the Company cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from such silence. Participant's Travel Insurance: The participant shall possess valid travel or and medical insurance that covers personal accidents, injuries, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation arising from participation in the Activity. The Company does not provide or substitute for such insurance. Failure to have adequate coverage is the participant's sole responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any uninsured costs or consequences. The participant expressly waives any right to bring legal action or claim against the Company or Released Parties for any harm arising from the Activity, to the maximum extent permitted by law. After the Activity the participant is encouraged (but not obliged) to share any feedback with the guide or Company, including things they liked, suggestions for improvement, or constructive criticism. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands or causes of action brought by any third party arising from the participant’s involvement in the Activity. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By participating in any Activity with Happy Tours Switzerland, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and voluntarily accept all terms of this Liability Waiver and Release in their entirety without duress. 1. OUTDOOR - Interlaken Ropes Park / Seilpark: Drive by the Mistery Forest. See the Mystery Forest safely by driving in the car. It's mostly a mystery during the night.

2. Rugenbraeu: Drive by the Beer Makers. We don't stop and stay undrunk. Also, the car used in the excursion is an alcohol addict: it runs on bioethanol made from waste grass.

3. Wilderswil: Drive through a farmer village. Maybe we see some cows. See big balls of hay, storing the foods for the cows.

4. Lauterbrunnen: We stop to capture some pictures from the Jungfrau Mountain. Follow the guide instructions to stay save at this location. Guard children.

5. Staubbach Waterfall: Excursion to the "Dust River Waterfall," aka Staubbach, Lauterbrunnen. At this location you walk from a nearby drop-off location 200 meters and explore the waterfall. Admission is included. If you like coffee, wait until we are at the next location, better and cheaper. To hike the small trail, you should have good health and wear sport shoes. Watch out not to slip. Don't run and jump. Guard children.

6. Lauterbrunnen: Optional stop. Near the heliport, we stop to make pictures and see the vertical walls.

7. Stechelberg: We do a quick excursion to the 2nd major waterfall in the valley. Take a view to the James Bond 007 cable car, mountain giver and huge Waterfall. Guard children.

8. Gsteigwiler: Pass by a dormant village. Only natives are seen there.

9. Gsteigbruecke Hebebruecke: Risky part: We are going to cross an old wooden bridge... it might crack a bit.

13. Pier Crash Landing on You: Iseltwald CLOY, Crash Landing On You Pier. Note: Fee NOT included to stand on the pier. However, you can make a picture from an angle, and the area next to it.

14. Hotel Seiler au Lac: Quick stop at the lake to see some ducks and swans. There is a public WC near by.

15. Hoehematte Park: Optional drive by. The Green Field in town. Get a quick intro to the town while driving back to the pickup location.
