Alternatively, we can arrange pick-up from your preferred address in Shkodra — just let us know in advance. Begin your journey with a scenic drive to the Koman Terminal. 08:45 AM – Arrival at Koman Terminal Check in for the boat tour. A staff member will assist you. Please have your ticket ready (sent one day before your trip). 09:00 AM – Boat Ride: Koman Lake to Shala River Enjoy a spectacular journey by boat through Koman Lake, famous for its fjord-like cliffs and emerald waters. You’ll continue along the river to reach the stunning Shala River, often called the “Thailand of Albania.”
