We will start from Chandigarh and drive towards the small mountain town, Narkanda. Overnight at hotel.
Narkanda to Kalpa (156kms)
After breakfast drive to Kalpa village in Kinnaur 14 hours
After breakfast drive to Kalpa village in Kinnaur. Situated at an altitude of 2960 meters, Kalpa is a small apple growing village with majestic views of the Kinner Kailash Mountain and snow covered peaks throughout the year. Visit Suicide point in Roghi and spend the evening with a walk in the village. Overnight at hotel.
Kalpa -Nako - Tabo (170kms)
After breakfast drive to Tabo (3200m) 14 hours
After breakfast drive to Tabo (3200m). Enroute visit the lake at Nako Village, situated at a height 3662 meters. The lake at Nako is completely frozen during the winter months. Continue with the drive to Tabo and cross the check post at Sumdo. Tabo is famous for its thousand years old Monastery which is an ordinary mud structure from outside but on the inside, it has frescoes which earned Tabo the epithet of "Ajanta of Himalayas". Overnight at Tabo.

Dhankar is known for its Monastery and an abandoned fort which is at the highest point in the village and has commanding views of Spiti valley. The monastery is also famous as it has been the home of Dalai Lama for a short duration in the past. Explore the town of Kaza in the evening . Overnight in Kaza.

Go further to Kibber (4140m), one of the highest village in the world and then on to Chicham bridge, the high altitude suspension bridge that is the only road connect between Chicham village and the rest of the Spiti valley. Also visit Komic village which is the highest village in Asia that is connected with a motorable road and Hikkim post office. Overnight at Kaza.
