8:45 am PIULA CAVE POOL: 45 minutes from Apia this is your first swim; this iconic freshwater spring pool, literally only metres from the ocean, sits beneath a historic church. We swim 25 metres into this, at first somewhat intimidating, cave but the experience at is end is the memory of a lifetime: looking back to the entrance you will be stunned at the colour of your legs underwater = a beautiful lite pastel blue hue!

9:30 am SAUNIATU WATERFALL: 15 minutes from Piula 7 km inland brings you to your second dip under this rarely visited beautiful and pristine waterfall. Here you will be able to experience a few leaps into Sauniatu's deep waters.
