What's Not Included
- Sun protection options such as spf 50 drink and bring water, sunglasses, and hat
- inhalers, epi pens, insulin and anything else on might need out in the wilderness
- gratuities for guides for a job well done is much appreciated but not expected

- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Bring warm layers and non-cotton layers of clothes as the water temperature could take up to 38 degrees. No jeans, please
- Kindly bring extra clothes and a towel and leave it in your vehicle in case you get wet
- Not recommended for people that don't exercise regularly especially in a single kayak, tandems are better for people worried about paddling 5 or 6 miles, please message if you would like a tandem
