You will start your culinary adventure in front of the city hall, in the heart of San Sebastian. You will meet your local expert right in front of this majestic building, that used to be a Casino when it was built at first, in 1882. Then you will head to the first stop to try the first ever-invented Pintxo! This pintxo consists of three simple yet flavorful components: a green guindilla pepper, a briny anchovy, and a tart green olive. Skewered together, these ingredients create a harmonious blend of spicy, salty, and tangy flavors.

Konstituzio Plaza is located right in the center of the Old Town and it's surrounded by XIX century buildings and a rectangular porch, under which you will find bars, pubs and restaurants where locals enjoy local cuisine and spend their time together. We will end our food tour near what is thought to be the oldest church in town, built in the early XVI century in Basque Gothic style. In an eatery near this architectural masterpiece, you will try the famous Basque cheesecake. It's a true symbol of the Basque Country. This cheesecake is very different to American cheesecake. It is very creamy, almost like custard and it is burnt on the outside, which adds a bit of caramel flavour to it.
