Partida para "Natureza" em direcção ao centro da Ilha, onde se deu em primeiro lugar a plantação de café, acima da pequena vila da Trindade ( 600 metros de altitude). Visita à praça histórica de Batepá onde iniciou o massacre de 1953. Visita à Roça Monte Café, a única plantação da variedade de café arábica na Ilha, onde terá a oportunidade de ver todas as etapas de transformação deste grão no museu de café. Visita à Jardim Botánico, cascata São Nocolau. Um almoço típico (sem bebidas) será servido na Roça Saudade(Roça onde nasceu o Almada Negreiro). Regresso ao hotel.
