These trails are primarily used by artisanal producers and farmers from the surrounding communities. We encourage you to explore interpretive circuits along some of these paths, which are perfect for observing and learning from nature, discovering local biodiversity, getting some exercise, and enjoying beautiful landscapes. Whether you're interested in short or long journeys, there are options available for different levels of physical activity. We recommend bringing appropriate clothing and shoes for the activity, such as long clothing for exploring the forest, plenty of water, insect repellent and/or sunscreen, a hat and/or poncho, and, of course, your camera. The best time to start your adventure is between 7 and 9 am, but afternoon departures are also available between 2 and 3 pm.
