We monitor all commercial flights (ARRIVALS ONLY), and even if it's delayed or early you can count on our professionals to be there when you arrive. Each chauffeur is professional, knowledgeable, and very familiar with the particular needs of the business traveler. So, while we can't take all the stress away from a business trip, your Chauffeur will make certain you get to and from your destination in the most efficient, timely, and comfortable way possible. All fees are included with the exception of Chauffeur gratuity. We do NOT update flights (DEPARTURE). This is the sole responsibility of the passenger
Complimentary Overtime and Wait time Policy:
Overtime and wait time pay will apply after 15 minutes of a prearranged time described on the reservation.
Additional Wait & Extra Stops Policy:
Additional wait time will be billed at $15.00 to $30.00 per every 15 minutes after the first initial complimentary 15 minutes.
Additional stops are billed at $20.00 per stop. Higher rates may apply based on actual distance.
Wait time on Airport Arrivals:
• 45 minutes for International Arrivals
• 30 minutes for Domestic Arrivals
Overtime charges are billed between $15.00 to $30.00 (depending on vehicle type) per every 15 minutes after the initial waiting time.
