Arriving at Pompeii, you'll meet your expert archaeologist guide for an in-depth tour of the ancient ruins. You and your small group of 18 people maximum will explore this once-thriving Roman city, perfectly preserved by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. After your Pompeii adventure, you’ll hop back on the bus for a scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast, widely regarded as one of the world’s most spectacular stretches of coastline, straight to Positano (tours from April through October). As a small group traveling by private mini bus, you'll save time compared to larger tour groups that need to switch to smaller vehicles to traverse the road.
