On Route to the starting point of the hike, we will pass the pink lakes at the Walvis Bay Salt Pans. There will be lots of bird life on rout. Photo opportunity at Pink Lake
Here we will turn off the public road onto the 4x4 tract toward Pelican Point
Here we will turn off the public road onto the 4x4 tract toward Pelican Point.
Park at the starting point of the hike,... 3 hours
Park at the starting point of the hike, where we will walk toward the isolated beach and continue for 12 km.
We will reach Pelican point, pass the ship... 1 hour
We will reach Pelican point, pass the ship wreck and continue into the Seal colonies, where we will be welcomed with a picnic on the beach. After the picnic guest will be transferred back to Walvis Bay or can continue on a Sandwich Harbour tour, which is a combo booking.
