If no contact is made within 90 minutes, the booking will be marked as a no-show and will no longer be refundable.

For Central Munich pick-ups, please be ready at the specified time and address. If you’re being collected from a hotel, public place, or large venue, contact your driver directly using the number provided to coordinate the meeting point if needed.
