1. Identification: I will communicate with you through the app or platform you used to request the service. Upon arrival, I will either:
● Display your name: I will hold a sign with your name clearly visible.
● Describe my vehicle: I will describe the make, model, and colour of my vehicle in our pre-arranged communication so you can easily identify it. I can also provide the license plate number, if necessary.
2. Contact you directly: I will call or message you (through the app or platform) upon arrival to let you know my location.
3. Meeting Point:The agreed-upon meeting point will be confirmed in advance. This might be:
● The designated pick-up area at the port, airport or tours starting and pickup points.airport
● The address of your hotel or another specific location you provide.

- Route Information:

1. Route Type: I will offer information about the route.
● Direct Route: Unless otherwise requested, I will take the most direct and efficient route to your destination, using navigation apps to avoid traffic and delays.
● Scenic Route: If you are interested in a more relaxed journey, I can offer a scenic route option (if available and reasonable) that may take longer but could offer pleasant views or pass by points of interest. Please specify your preference at the time of booking or request a scenic route during the trip.

- Trip Duration: I will provide an estimated trip duration based on the route chosen and current traffic conditions.
● Direct: Direct routes have no stops unless requested.
● Planned Stops: If requested, I can accommodate short stops along the way, such as for restrooms or refreshments. Please notify me in advance of your requests.
