The Sayado Hall on the ground floor of the Chiba City Museum of Art was built 100 years ago as the Kawasaki Bank. It was later owned by Chiba City in 1971. It is one of the few surviving historical buildings in Chiba City and the only one with a Neo-Renaissance style. The pillars in the outer wall sections, the doors and the mosaics on the floor are distinctive features, and it is also a photographic spot for taking elegant pictures!
