The best place to see everything is Seoul city!! This tower is located on the mountain, which is placed in the center of Seoul City!! The view from the top of the mountain is already so cool, and the beautiful love locks are so beautifully harmonious with the sights. After enjoying the views in front of the tower, you will have the option whether to go up to the observatory. (Observatory is optional, so we don't support you the entrance fee. However it worthes visiting even without the observatory because the view under the tower is already so amazing).
