While Jumbo Floating Restaurant might be gone, the oldest and only standing floating restaurant - Tai Pak Floating Restaurant is still standing strong in the middle of Aberdeen Fishing Village. Tai Pak - being one of the 13 landmarks is a renowned seafood restaurant that was built in the 1950s and also known for its ancient imperial architectural design. The restaurant (soon to be reopened) sears around 600 diners. It was featured in several movies and visited by dignitaries (late Queen Elizabeth II) and Hollywood starts.
