Tour Itinerary
Discover the joy of Forest Bathing in a... 1 hour 30 minutes
Discover the joy of Forest Bathing in a hidden woodland so secret that even locals don’t know about it! This mindful experience will help you see the world with new eyes and leave you deeply relaxed. I'll introduce you to Forest Bathing, or "Shinrin Yoku," a Japanese practice of slowing down and connecting with nature to reduce stress. Following gentle paths, you’ll take part in mindfulness activities to awaken your senses and deepen your connection to nature. The mostly silent walk allows space for reflection, with optional sharing. Led by an experienced guide, this small-group activity (max 10) is fun, unique, and perfect for making memories with friends, family or exploring on your own. The session ends with “forest tea” and you'll receive an MP3 forest bathing audio link. Suitable for most abilities, inc children 8+, the 400m walk has gentle slopes. Reconnect with nature - no equipment or skills required, just an open mind! *For private sessions, please contact me.*
