Explore pristine and unique forest habitats, fast-flowing salmon rivers, and enjoy "forest bathing" at its fullest. The hike will take 2 to 3 hours. Recharge your batteries after the hike by tasting some local goodies and local drinks during the pick-nick-style lunchtime.

Explore Ligatne - a small charming town hidden in the beautiful forests of Gauja National Park.
