Itinerary

The day runs as follows. Meet up with Sam at the confirmed time and location. Sam will get you set up on your bike properly and ensure you have one his good quality helmets fit correctly (safety first!) and fits you properly to your helmet. Expect to spend 30-40 minutes with Sam as he runs over bike operation, trail info and some great skills and technical tips. With a map in hand, you are off on a truly amazing experience. Sam accepts high fives, hugs, knuckles and what ever excitement you bring back with you from your adventure.
We use the Merida big 7/9 mountain e-bikes. They are selected to be the perfect match between the Blue Mountains fire trails and the average persons needs. Such great bikes and are fitted with Shimano components, including the motor and battery.
When you have finished this amazing ride, check out some of the amazing cafes in the Blackheath Village. You could also then get your hiking gear on and do the amazing "Grand Canyon" walk from Blackheath. You will not find a bad review about this little 2-3 hour hike.
With scenic valley views across the Grose Valley and crisp mountain air, this ride follows the fire trail along the ridgeline to the spectacular Baltzers Lookout and jaw dropping Hanging Rock. Unlike other lookouts in the mountains, there is no safety fence here to separate you from and what feels like the bottom of the world!!
This is your typical "out and back” Blue Mountains ride – the easy navigation and relative short distance make it an ideal ride for less experienced cyclists looking to clock up some time on the dirt and get closer to nature. That’s not to say more experienced cyclists won’t enjoy it…the flowing trails will bring a smile to any rider’s dial. And besides, the views are more than enough to keep everybody happy anyway! Riders generally complete the ride in 3 hours
