From there, we’ll begin our journey along the Vías Verdes of Jalisco — former railroad tracks now turned into a paradise for cyclists. We’ll ride toward the charming town of Ahualulco, where we’ll briefly leave the Vías Verdes to tackle the famous climb to the Piedra Bola area. This unique site is renowned for the mysterious spherical rock formations that crown the mountaintop — a fascinating geological phenomenon well worth exploring. From there, we’ll descend into the town of Ameca and rejoin the Vías Verdes, heading toward the picturesque village of La Vega.
