Client must call dispatch when ready to be picked up and tell us the closest exit door to them. Vehicle will arrive 10-12 minutes after. It is important client to be there first so police do not make driver leave and circle.

Itinerary
2.Client MUST have their phone turned on at the time of the pick up!!!
3.Client MUST consider a proper pick up time having in mind the traffic factor, and that is recommended to be at the airport 3 hours before for International flights and 2 hours for Domestic flights
4.Client MUST provide an email!
5.Client will be texted the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours prior to pick up. When chauffeur arrives client will be texted again.
6.Client has 10 minutes included waiting time for non-airport pick up and 60 minutes for airport pick ups, after that charges will apply. If we DO NOT hear from you during the included waiting time, chauffeur will leave and a client will be charged 100%. A proof of call/text/GPS logs will be submitted.
7. If client needs more time and has let us know that during the included waiting time, chauffeur will wait as long as needed. However EXTRA WAITING CHARGES will apply and must be collected by the chauffeur.
8. Luggage capacity of sedans is 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. SUVs can take up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-on bags Excessive luggage is NOT allowed in the seating area of the vehicle, so please be careful when choosing the type of vehicle. Oversized luggage( golf clubs, bikes, weapons, sports equipment etc) is restricted. Contact us prior to travel about that so we adjust or upgrade your vehicle.
9. CHILD SEATS are not provided by the local supplier. However they are a must and they are responsibility of the parents or guardians!!!
10. We receive the right not to execute rides if any of the requirements above is not met!
