Guests staying in Victoria Falls Town (Zimbabwe) will meet the guide at the Zimbabwe–Zambia border, on the Zimbabwean side, just after exiting immigration at the exit gate when heading into Zambia. Exact pick-up or meeting time will be confirmed after booking. Travel Documents All travelers must carry a valid passport on the day of the tour. A valid visa or KAZA Univisa is required for entry into Zambia (visa fees are not included). Border processing times may vary and are outside the tour operator’s control.
