Passing Villa Mascardi, turn right and you can follow a path surrounded by native forests. It is an area of exceptional beauty, visited every year by lovers of mountains, climbing and fishing, since there are optimal areas such as Lake Los Moscos and the Manso River, which leads to Lake Hess.
- When you arrive at the Manso River (a river that rises from the top of the Tronador and that changes its color along its route), you can stop at the Los Rapidos bridge to observe the trout swimming in haste in the crystal clear water. If luck accompanies, it is also possible to see a kingfisher.
- The route continues through a winding path, ascending until reaching the highest point of the entire route. From there you can see the upper Manso river valley in almost all its extension, with its meandering course and greenish-colored waters. Continuing to Pampa Linda, you will find a beautiful place where you can find accommodation and gastronomy services. From here we start our way to the base of the hill, where there is a warm confectionery and from there you can see other Tronador glaciers.
