We will be visiting a very local fishing... 2 hours
We will be visiting a very local fishing village in Xincun Harbor, which is about 1.5 hours’ drive from Sanya. Here we will experience the fishermen's life living all their lives on floating boats even now. There are about 600 families living in red-roofed houses. The families are called Dan Jia People, (known as the Chinese “gypsies on the sea”. As the fishing village is not a tourist destination, so we will see the normal daily life of local fishermen like cooking, mending, repairing or preparing for fishing. We will also visit a big local market where you will taste local snacks, fruits or you can do some very local shopping.
