- Passengers can request their own pickup time after 60,75,90 and 120 minutes after flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. If we did not recive special instructions in advance, a driver will be dispatched after 60 minutes from flight landed time.
- Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
- If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.
- Heathrow Airport meeting point : T2, T3 - In front of Whsmith shop, T4,T5 - In front of Costa cafe
- Cruise Port meeting point : Out side the arrival hall at passenger drop off/pickup point
- Hotel near Airport or Cruise port pickup / drop off available.
