- We cannot guarantee perfect weather, cloudless days, perfectly calm seas, other guest behavior, or your general happiness. Captain makes all weather decisions the day of the sail.
- All children 6 years or under are required to wear a PFD. We have vest style PFD's available.
- Not recommended for intoxicated travelers or who plan to get intoxicated.
- No drugs allowed.
- We carry a basic first aid kit as required by the USCG.
