Itinerary
- ACTIVITY
- It will take 30 – 45 minutes to the farm. Our farm is an authentic house in the countryside which is 100% no touristy. On the way, our tour guide will talk to you so that you can get to know about Vietnamese food & culture. When you reach the farm, there will be a welcoming meal ready for you. This is a small meal for you to get more energy, so that you can explore the farm and get ready for the cooking class ahead. In your free time, you are free to go to every corner of our beautiful farm to explore. We will ride bicycle to a local market to explore around. In case you don’t want to do this, you can stay at the farm to explore & relax before the cooking class. In our special Vietnamese cooking class, you will take part in cooking 04 food in total: Vietnamese minced pork grilled with lemon grass, Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes, and the special dessert: Mekong Delta jackfruit leaf cakes. After the tour, you can keep the recipe for your cooking later at home. Vietnamese food always comes with fresh herbs. After the cooking class, we will go to a corner of the farm to collect herbs to use with our lunch. Time to enjoy lunch! Then we will be back to D1.
