• Transfer services are available 7 days a week. When making a booking, you will need to advise your cruise details and your Venice hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the hostess. It's that easy! You can choose from 2 different transfer options: • Meet and Greet service: If your hotel does not have its own private pier the representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the closet embarkation point for your private motorboat departure transfer. If your hotel has its own private pier you will board your private motorboat departure transfer alone and the representative will meet you at the cruise pier and take you to the departure terminal at Venice port. • Full Service: Representative will meet you at your hotel lobby and stay with you until you arrive at the departure terminal at Venice port.Worry-free Shore Excursion: We will ensure your timely return to Venice for this activity. In the rare event your ship has departed, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call. See our terms and conditions for full details.
