About This Excursion
We are Matenro Drift Racing OG drift team from Tokyo, Japan.
This is one of the first ever official JDM drift car experience activity in Japan provided by Matenro Drift Racing. You will experience the mecca of Japanese drift culture by going to a local drift car meet. The activity offers the opportunity to actually ride along in a drift car, allowing you to immerse yourself in the thrill of drifting. For safety, we will provide you with a helmet and gloves for free, so you can be assured about safety. If you prefer not to ride in the car, you can still witness drifting up close or from the stands.
All events are organized officially by a JDM drift team so all people who attend are drift car lovers and fanatics. Usually there are no tourists, we take you to the real local Japanese drift scene. We can take pictures and videos of you when you are actually on the car as well.

- We are Matenro Drift Racing OG drift team from Tokyo, Japan. Drifting is a culture that originated in Japan. It is widely embraced by people around the world, and now many visitors come to Japan from all over the globe to experience Japanese drifting culture. You will be able to ride on the passenger seat of a real JDM drift car in an officially organized circuit. The events are all local events and the cars you see at the meets are truly authentic. Usually no tourists in sight, we take you to the real local Japanese drift scene. You will have 1 - 2 round guaranteed (about 8 - 10minutes) of immersive drift car experience. You may be able to get multiple rides which most of our guests get depending on the day. You can also spectate the live action from the stands if you wish. We will provide you with helmets and gloves so please just bring a long sleeve shirt and long pants and sneakers (no sandals) to ride the car.
