Pastry Class is a full experience great for all levels and lovers of desserts and they are designed to give you an authentic taste of Croatian sweet cuisine. Your class will include a fruit and vegetable market tour where we will buy our ingredients from the local producers. Back in the kitchen, we start the cooking process by tasting local wines and liqueurs and then switching on the tunes while our award-winning pastry chef helps you to prepare the amazing desserts. All of our chef instructors have worked in some of the best restaurants and pastry shops in Croatia as well as in Europe so as to give you the most professional cooking / baking / pastry experience. You will be learning from some of the best pastry experts in Croatia! At the end of your class you will enjoy the meal that you have worked to prepare.
