- This is a 2-hour hands-on Italian pasta-making masterclass, designed as an immersive culinary experience. The workshop begins with a short introduction to Italian pasta traditions, followed by a step-by-step demonstration and guided practice. Participants learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch, shape different types of pasta, and cook them properly. The class is conducted in a small-group setting to ensure personal attention and interaction. All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided. The class is offered in English (additional languages such as Ukrainian and Norwegian may be available upon request). The experience concludes with a shared tasting of the prepared pasta in a relaxed and social atmosphere.
