Seanette will introduce you to Bahamian cuisine, the menu of the day, and the rich history behind the dishes you’ll be preparing. Then, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking class in her kitchen where you’ll learn to craft three authentic Bahamian dishes. You'll learn how Seanette seasons and spices each dish using local ingredients, bringing out the utmost flavor every step of the way. The cooking portion lasts about 1.5 hours before you gather around the table to enjoy the delicious meal you helped create, sharing laughter and conversation with your host. Enjoy your meal with local beer or wine. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy a traditional Bahamian dessert prepared in advance due to its longer cooking time.
