- After arrival in the beautiful ambience of the homestead and welcome drink host presents the cooking class program. The dishes that are prepared depend on the season and the available ingredients in the garden. The first step is making homemade bread according to the traditional recipe. Each participant will knead their own bread. The next step is visiting the garden with a presentation of the cultivation method collecting the necessary ingredients and gathering fresh eggs. After returning to the kitchen it's time to prepare a delicious dish. If the desert includes milk, the host will offer the experience of milking a goat. While the food is cooking, the hosts proudly present 500-year family tree stories. At the end, the meal is ready for tasting with homemade red or white wine. All ingredients are healthy, seasonal, fresh, and produced on the homestead or on a local family farm.
