• Transport Service Flow: From Booking to Drop-Off 1. Booking Confirmation The customer selects the service, provides pickup details, destination, number of passengers, and preferred time. After receiving the information, we confirm the booking and share all necessary details with the customer. 2. Schedule & Driver Assignment The booking is added to our schedule, and a professional driver is assigned. The driver receives the trip details, including customer name, pickup location, and special requests. 3. Pre-Pickup Communication Before the pickup time, we contact the customer via WhatsApp or call to reconfirm the details. This includes: Pickup time Pickup location pin Vehicle information Driver’s name and contact number 4. On-Time Pickup The driver arrives at the pickup point on time and greets the customer politely. The driver also assists with luggage and ensures the customer is comfortable in the vehicle. 5. Safe & Comfortable Journey The trip begins with: Smooth and safe driving Clean and air-conditioned vehicle Optional short stops if needed (e.g., minimart, ATM) The driver follows the customer’s preferred route or uses the fastest recommended route. 6. Arrival at Destination Upon arrival at the hotel or airport, the driver ensures the customer reaches the correct location. If at an airport, the driver helps unload luggage and ensures the customer is at the proper entrance or terminal. 7. Drop-Off & Closing Service After assisting with the luggage, the driver confirms that everything is complete. We then thank the customer and wish them a pleasant stay or safe flight.
