• 4 Mercedes E200 Sedan for 5-15 passengers (4 passengers in each vehicle) Mercedes-Benz vehicles (Sedan, Minivan, SUV, Bus-depending on availability) a) The Driver Will hold a sign with the leaders name on each transfer even if its from the Arrivals hall in the airport even outside from a hotel. b) The Free Waiting time to the Airport is 60 minutes from the actual real landing.In Transfers from Hotels, Airbnb, apartment the Free waiting time from the appointment can be 25 minutes.There are extra charges for more waiting from the basic waiting time,or cancellation with no refund.This two options can be discussed by the travelers and the head office. c) In All transfers we offer bottle of water per person and WiFi access. d) The transportation vehicles that we use are Mercedes Benz E class 200 or Mercedes Benz Mini Van. All of our drivers are English speaking, with a dress code and FULL AIR-CONDITIONING inside of the car. e) The price is only for one way route. f) The Price includes pickup for 24/7 there is no extra cost for a night transfer. g) We can pick our customers up from wherever they want inside the region of Athens. or from the cruise dock please provide all the details to the operator after from the pickup. h) If there is a Strike in The city Center or a special event that effects,the transfer may change start time or ITINERARY under the instructions of the operator and the agreement of the customer i) Please provide as much as possible contact details to the operator even after the booking If the customers want extra services like ,extra rides-km,extra stops,waiting time,business flexibility there will be an extra cost and the customer must contact the head office - operator after from the booking. The extra amounts will be paid to the driver in cash/card j) The operator will use only Mercedes-Benz colored black vehicles for that transfer each vehicle can fit 3-4 persons k) The Operator Can Use Mercedes Benz E200 sedan-station wagon l) For infant seats you must contact to the operator for availability after you proceed to the booking m) If the customers want to book also the Return transfer,they must contact to the operator after from the primary booking. n) The waiting time in the meeting point will be 25 minutes,if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded. o) Each customer can carry one piece of cabin luggage 8-10 kl & one large luggage up to 28 kl extra luggage will charged p) Baby trolley is accepted under contact with The operator,be aware if the trolley of the baby affect the whole it will be an extra cost.Bicycles are not accepted,sports equipment is not accepted.
